VCcount is a division of VisiConsult X-ray Systems & Solutions GmbH, a family-owned German company and global leader in customized and standard X-ray inspection systems. With over 25 years of experience in non-destructive testing, VisiConsult delivers systems that define new industry standards.

The company employs around 250 people and includes brands and subsidiaries such as VCxray, VCbattery, VCxray Inspection Services and diondo X-ray Systems and Services.

From Vision to industry standard

Since 2015, VCcount has been developing and producing X-ray-based component counters for SMD manufacturers at its headquarters in Northern Germany. Starting with the standalone system XRHCount, the solution evolved into a fully automated inline version for seamless integration into Smart Warehouse systems.

More than 400 VCcount systems have been installed worldwide.
